6’2”, 179lbs, Class of 2027

Brayden is a fierce shot-maker with the heart of a playmaker and the instincts of a competitor. His game is electric on the perimeter, deadly off the catch, smooth off the dribble, and always ready to rise up and let it fly from his spots. He reads the floor like a seasoned floor general, creating lanes for others while staying locked in as a scoring threat himself. But what makes Brayden dangerous is his mindset, that is determined, calculated, and unbothered by pressure. He’s not just looking to shoot; he’s looking to strike, whether that’s with a deep three or a dime to a slashing teammate.

This past season, Brayden averaged 13 points, 1.5 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals, and took charges like a savvy vet. His evolution into a complete player was his biggest improvement was, taking on a bigger role and delivering on both ends. This offseason, he's focused on attacking the rim with more athleticism and becoming more explosive downhill, rounding out his offensive arsenal. The most defining stretch of the year was a 5-game winning streak that gave his team a glimpse of just how far they can go when they’re locked in.

Brayden is playing this AAU season with Team Hustle, eyes locked on winning the NXT Pro Finals and making noise in every Puma event they step into. He’s not just hooping for reps, but he’s out to prove that he’s one of the most complete scorers in his class. As the next school year approaches, he’s focused on chasing a state title with a team that has what it takes.

What fires him up most is being back. After battling through rehabilitation, every moment on the court now hits different. He plays with gratitude and fire, refusing to be shaken by adversity. His response to tough moments is as tough as it gets: stay calm, weather the storm, then become the storm. And when his coach dropped the words, “Be phenomenal or be forgotten,” Brayden took it as a calling, not just a quote.

I assess that Brayden’s combination of smooth shooting, scoring creativity, and mental toughness gives him real next-level potential. His commitment to evolving into a downhill threat and adding bounce to his game will make him an even more complete guard who can consistently stretch defenses and make high-level plays.

Expect Brayden to rise as one of Michigan’s top 2027 prospects. With a chip on his shoulder, a fiery motor, and an ever-growing skill set, he has all the tools to be a fierce playmaker and high-impact scorer moving forward. The more he adds to his game, the harder he’ll be to guard and the brighter his future becomes. Stay tuned.
