Xavier is a high-octane combo guard who plays with an electric edge and relentless determination. His game is a dynamic mix of athleticism, craftiness, and pure scoring ability. Whether he's torching defenders from beyond the arc or exploding off the dribble, he is a constant offensive threat. Xavier's ability to create space is deadly, using quick, deceptive movements to shake defenders and get clean looks. But Xavier isn’t just a scorer; his court vision is equally lethal. He delivers pinpoint, thread-the-needle passes that set up easy buckets for teammates, keeping defenses on their heels. On the boards, he plays bigger than his size, showing tenacious effort to secure rebounds, and his scrappy defensive energy makes him a nightmare in passing lanes. Defenders have no choice but to pick their poison, but no matter the strategy, he punishes them with his relentless offensive arsenal.
This past season, Xavier averaged 22 points, 3 assists, 6 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game, proving his ability to impact the game in multiple ways. His biggest improvement has been making the right reads in high-pressure, split-second situations, an area of growth that has taken his game to another level. One of his most defining moments came when he reached 1,000 career points as a sophomore, a milestone that not only validated his scoring ability but also fueled his drive for more. This offseason, he is locked in on elevating his consistency as a scorer and improving his assist-to-turnover ratio to maximize his playmaking ability.
Xavier is set to take the AAU circuit by storm with Arkansas All Red, where he’s determined to dominate and command the attention of college coaches. Xavier's goal is to help his team win, silence doubters, and make his presence undeniable at every opportunity. He’s especially looking forward to competing in all UA Rise Live Sessions, where he can showcase his game on a national stage. Next high school season, he’s excited to share the floor with his younger brother, a moment that will add another layer of motivation as he embraces his role as a veteran leader.
What fuels Xavier most is when his entire team is clicking, and everyone is eating; it ignites his fire and takes his game to another level. Handling adversity is second nature to him; Xavier has been through it all and has come out stronger, making pressure situations feel like just another day at work. The best advice Xavier has ever received is, “You got to get it done yourself; nobody else can do it for you.” That mentality drives him to put in the extra work, never waiting for opportunities but creating them through sheer determination.
I assess that Xavier is the kind of player who can be a game-changer in an instant. His combination of explosiveness, craftiness, and relentless effort makes him a nightmare for defenders and a major asset to any college program. Xavier's ability to score at all three levels, facilitate offense, and crash the boards adds versatility to his impact. Coaches looking for a playmaker who can carry the scoring load while setting up teammates will find everything they need in Xavier.
As Xavier continues to develop, his focus on efficiency, decision-making, and defensive intensity will take his game to even greater heights. With his work ethic and hunger, expect him to keep improving his playmaking, tighten his handle, and add more consistency to his already lethal shooting. The way he attacks the game with fearlessness and tenacity makes it clear that he’s only scratching the surface of his full potential.
