Cole lights up the floor with an electric mix of high-level decision-making, explosive instincts, and a feel for the game that puts him three plays ahead. He’s a dynamic floor general who doesn’t just control the tempo but creates it. Whether he’s threading sweet dimes through tight windows or burying defenders in mid-range daggers, Cole’s impact is fierce and unmistakable. His court vision is next-level, his timing with the ball is special, and his willingness to sacrifice his body on both ends shows a grit that can’t be coached. There's an edge to his game that sparks intensity in his teammates and overwhelms his matchups. In a league where flash often overshadows substance, Cole brings both, validated by his IQ that sets him apart.
A stat sheet stuffer with purpose, Cole averaged 8.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 1.3 steals per game, proving he's a versatile threat who checks every box. His 30 steals led the team. His 17-assist in a game masterpiece topped the entire conference. He took more charges than anyone in his league (21) and grabbed a record-setting 15 boards in a single game, the most by any PG in the conference. He was also first in rebounds among all point guards across the conference. Beyond the numbers, his biggest improvement was adjusting to the blistering speed of the college game, an experience that elevated his awareness and taught him the value of anticipation and timing. Now, his offseason is locked on building athleticism to match his mental sharpness. He’s fired up to grow under Coach Fitch at Central GA Tech, where he’s focused on becoming not just a better player, but a better man. With a 3.7 GPA and an Associate’s Degree in hand this summer, Cole’s resume off the court is just as disciplined while earning Dean’s List honors and membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
But Cole’s game and growth trace back to something deeper than stats and strength. His relationship with God is the anchor of everything. It’s where he turns when adversity shows up, and it’s who he gives the glory to when everything clicks. His faith isn’t just a part of his story,it's the story. He plays with a spirit that’s bigger than the game. He trusts the grind because he trusts the guidance.
Off the court, Cole finds joy in the simplicity of spending time with family, feeding his mind, and soaking in moments that reset his spirit. His vision for the future is clear: grow, grind, and lead at the highest level his work ethic will take him. He believes in letting the work speak for itself. That belief is fueled by the best advice he’s ever received: "let your work show and play confident". It’s not a motto. It’s how he lives.
I assess that Cole is a powerful blend of high IQ and hustle, with a toolbox full of leadership, toughness, and playmaking. He sees what others miss and delivers under pressure, serving as both the engine and the anchor for his squad. His statistical dominance in multiple categories reveals a player who’s consistently outworking, outthinking, and out-competing his position. As a freshman, he didn’t just earn respect—he demanded it.
Expect Cole to take off as he adds more bounce and burst to his game. With his foundation of passing, rebounding, and defensive sacrifice already elite, an uptick in athleticism could turn him into one of the most complete guards in JUCO basketball. He has the tools, mindset, and faith to play at a four-year program and beyond. His potential is tied to the fire inside him and it’s burning bright. Stay tuned.
