Brody is an electric young phenom who thrives on attacking the rim with destructive intent. His strength and blow-by speed make him a nightmare for defenders, and his crafty finishes around the rim show a mix of finesse and power. But when the moment calls for it, he’s got the hops to throw one down with authority. His shooting touch is smooth and silky from deep, adding another layer to his already dynamic scoring package. Brody dominates the glass with an aggressive edge, outworking bigger opponents for rebounds and igniting transition opportunities. On defense, he is a fierce competitor, suffocating ball handlers with his relentless energy and quick hands. He’s the kind of player who can snatch a steal, push the break, and drop a sweet dime in one fluid motion. Athletic, fearless, and ruthless in his attack yet Brody is only scratching the surface of what he can become.

This season, Brody averaged 15 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals per game; Brody proved himself as an impact player on both ends of the floor. His biggest improvement was his confidence. His ability to adapt his game to fit his team’s needs took him to another level, making him even more dangerous. But Brody is not satisfied. His offseason focus is sharpening his ball-handling, three-point shooting, and free-throw consistency to elevate his scoring efficiency. Brody is fueled by proving doubters wrong, and last season was a testament to that. His team battled through adversity, defying expectations and growing stronger together. This summer, he plans to showcase his skills against elite talent on the AAU circuit, playing on the court at Ballin’ Under One Roof (July 11-13th) and attending college camps to gain exposure.

Brody’s season was cut short by a tough injury, a challenge that tested his resilience. The road to recovery wasn’t easy, but his mindset never wavered. He attacked rehab with the same tenacity he brings to the game, determined to come back stronger. The setback only fueled his hunger, and now, he’s putting in the work with strength coach Corey Hayes at HTS to gain muscle, improve his vertical, and sharpen his agility. He’s also locked in with his two basketball trainers, grinding through intense workouts to refine his shooting, handles, and finishing package. The goal is to return to the court as an even more complete and dominant player.

Brody enjoys the game off the court in every aspect, from studying film to competing with friends. But when he’s not locked in on basketball, he values the moments that allow him to step back and reset. He’s fully committed to his growth, both as a player and a competitor. The AAU season will be a proving ground and a chance to show college coaches what he’s made of on the biggest stage.

What fuels Brody's fire is seeing his team succeed and compete against the best, especially when others count them out. He plays with a chip on his shoulder, motivated by those who doubt him. The best advice Brody has ever received is, “Keep your head up, stay focused, and know that you can do anything you set your mind to if you want it bad enough. Never let negativity or doubt shape your future.” He lives by that, setting goals, believing in himself, and moving forward after mistakes instead of dwelling on them.

I assess that Brody’s game is built on explosiveness, versatility, and unrelenting aggression. His three-level scoring ability makes him a threat in any situation, while his defensive intensity and rebounding instincts separate him from other guards his size. His ability to play through contact and finish at the rim gives him an edge, and with his focus on refining his ball-handling and perimeter shooting, his offensive game is only expanding.

For any college program looking for a tough, two-way competitor, Brody checks all the boxes. He brings a relentless energy that elevates his team, and his work ethic ensures continued growth. Expect him to dominate on the AAU circuit, turn heads at showcases, and return next season as a key force in Region 15 contention. After his recovery, I expect his development to make a serious impact at the next level. There is no ceiling for how high Brody can fly. Stay tuned.
