5’11”, 165lbs, Class of 2027

Belmont HS, MA

Treshawn plays the game with a steady hand and a lightning-quick first step. A pass-first-floor general with poise under pressure, he knows how to command the tempo and control the moment. Whether he’s threading a pass through traffic, freezing defenders with a change of pace, or creating offense with explosive bursts, Treshawn is the engine that drives his team. He’s a master facilitator who knows how to score when it’s time, and when that time comes, defenders are often too late. The experience of competing out of state helped him develop a strong feel for pace and decision-making, and now he’s built to take over when it counts.

This past season, Treshawn averaged 18 points per game in the regular season and helped lead Belmont to its first-ever state championship, a milestone that stamped his name into the program’s history. His confidence soared this year, and it showed in the way he elevated his play, took on bigger matchups, and showed off his full skill set. His biggest improvement was his mindset, trusting his game and staying consistent against top competition.

Now, he’s locked in on continuing that growth. During AAU play, he’s taken it up another level, averaging 25 points or more per game while leading the charge with Our Basketball Family and BNL. His offseason focus is sharpening his outside shooting, becoming more consistent from three, and mastering the pull-up game off screens. He wants to be a dual-threat punisher when facilitating and deadly when defenders go under. And his goal for the future is to earn attention from D1, 2, and 3 programs by showing coaches that he can play the right way, elevate a team, and bring value on and off the floor. With over 3,000 followers backing his exposure on social media, he’s already generating buzz, but he’s determined to turn that attention into real opportunities.

When facing adversity, Treshawn leans on his teammates, trusts his coaches, and stays locked into the bigger picture, winning. He understands that success isn’t about flashy moves or forcing tough buckets. It’s about playing smart, staying composed, and making the right play when it matters most.

The best coaching advice he has ever received is to stay true to yourself on and off the court. And that’s exactly what he does—lead with character, play with fire, and keep the game bigger than just him.

I assess that Treshawn’s vision and leadership, as well as his burst off the dribble, give him high-level value at the next level. Coaches looking for a guard who can run the show, break down defenses, and compete fearlessly in big moments will find that and more in him.

With his blend of IQ, speed, and selflessness, Treshawn is on track to become one of the more dynamic and dependable guards in the state. He’s not chasing clout; he’s chasing wins, and that makes him a coach’s dream. The best is still ahead. Stay tuned.
