Jevin is explosive, fierce, and dynamic who's game is built on intensity and a relentless motor that never stops. Jevin is a defensive menace who embraces any challenge, as he locks down opponents from point guards to centers with tenacity and grit. His versatility shines on both ends of the floor, using his strength and agility to disrupt offenses while staying engaged in every possession. As a former post player now transitioning to the wing, Jevin blends power with developing finesse, making his presence felt whether he's smothering ball-handlers, battling on the glass, or creating opportunities in transition. His work ethic is relentless as he’s either in the gym, lifting or grinding through agility drills, fine-tuning his game with every rep.
This past season, Jevin averaged 15 points and 13 rebounds per game, proving his ability to dominate inside while expanding his offensive arsenal. His biggest improvement has been his ball handling and overall comfort on the floor, a crucial step in his transition to the perimeter. Heading into the offseason, Jevin's focus is on mastering pace and control, playing lower, and striking the perfect balance between aggression and playmaking. He embraces the challenge of knowing when to take over and when to get his teammates involved, a skill that will elevate his impact. Beyond the numbers, his proudest achievement is earning respect from opposing players and coaches—a testament to the way he competes. Invitations to try out for shoe circuit teams further validate his upward climb, showing that his hard work is turning heads.
On the AAU circuit with Peachtree City Select, Jevin played in nine tournaments last spring, reaching five championship games. This year, the goal is to build on that success, sharpen his skills against top competition, and continue proving he belongs among the best. More than rivalries, Kevin is eager to face new teams, seeking challenges that will push his game to new levels. Each game is another step in his development, another test of his growth, and another opportunity to showcase his evolving skill set.
Off the court, Jevin enjoys playing video games and enhancing his computer, a side of him that reflects his curiosity and creativity. Whether it’s building a better jump shot or optimizing a gaming setup, Jevin is always working to improve. His approach to basketball is focused on constant progress, always learning, never settling.
What fuels Jevin's fire is the thrill of forcing a turnover and turning it into points. That instant shift from defense to offense, the momentum swing that can change a game, that’s what excites him most. To Jevin, adversity is simply another reason to work harder. Rather than dwell on setbacks, he responds with action, locking in and getting better. The best advice Jevin has ever received comes from his parents: “Work hard and be polite.” These powerful words shape his approach on and off the court.
With his 14th birthday approaching, Jevin knows there’s only one way forward: keep grinding, stay focused, and let his game do the talking. The work he’s putting in now is setting the stage for a bright future, and the best is yet to come.

His natural competitiveness and willingness to do the dirty work make him a coach's dream.
