Jason is fierce, fluid, and built for the big moment as a dynamic two-way guard who owns every inch of the floor with confidence and athleticism. Whether he’s slashing through defenses or pulling up in rhythm, his ability to get to the rim or knock down mid-range shots makes him a relentless scoring threat. Playing both guard spots, he thrives as a lead playmaker with a long frame, fierce instincts, and explosive movement. He has the bounce to challenge at the rim, the handle to break defenders down, and the fire to change momentum with just one stop on defense. When the energy rises, so does Jason, he fuels his offensive flow with his defense, feeding off every steal, deflection, and contested shot like it’s oxygen.
Averaging an electric 32 points, 7.4 assists, and 8.5 rebounds per game, Jason made his presence known on every possession. His biggest improvement was his ball control and playmaking, elevating his ability to run the offense and make high-level decisions under pressure. But he's not satisfied. This offseason is all about becoming a deadlier threat from three, raising his shooting efficiency, and locking in his consistency. His 30-7-9 statement performance in the provincial finals was a defining moment, closing out strong and proving he’s not just talented but clutch.
Jason plays with Mumba Academy on the AAU circuit, looking to continue elevating his game at premier events like the Atlantic City Jam Fest. His goal is to make a name, earn that offer, and keep leveling up. He’s embracing the pressure and ready for the challenge. With his eyes on taking over the point guard spot next season, he’s locked in and ready to lead from the front. Off the court, his mindset is locked in on the growth, always pushing past comfort, always evolving.
I assess that Jason’s combination of size, athleticism, and playmaking makes him a dangerous weapon at either guard spot. His mid-range game is elite, and when paired with his ability to finish and facilitate, he becomes a complete offensive package. His defensive tenacity brings balance, allowing him to impact both ends. With continued growth in his shooting range and consistency, Jason has the tools to be a program-changer at the next level.
Expect Jason to continue to evolve as a true lead guard. His potential is sky-high , he’s a leader in the making with a motor that doesn’t quit. As he sharpens his outside shooting and improves his overall efficiency, college programs will quickly see what sets him apart: fearless energy, an elite mid-range touch, and a fierce hunger to dominate.
