His high IQ and team-first mentality make him a floor general, while his ability to switch speeds, read defenses, and make ruthless decisions in real-time elevate him to a level few his age can reach. On defense, Carter is relentless with active hands, alert feet, and the kind of motor that wears down opponents. When the game turns gritty, he gets even grittier.

Averaging 12 points per game with a season total of 311 (third on his team), Carter delivered consistency all year long. He added 4 rebounds and 2 assists per game, both ranking top-three on his squad and those stats only scratch the surface of his impact. His biggest improvement this season was his body control and the ability to create and convert in traffic. He’s been grinding in the weight room to add strength and has made physicality a priority. This offseason, his focus is locked on developing change-of-pace attacks, improving his mid-range game, and becoming even more efficient with the ball in his hands. What fuels his fire?
