From the moment Carter touches the ball, everything feels electric. With sick handles that shake defenders out of their shoes and a crafty, court-stretching style that keeps defenses guessing, Carter is a dynamic playmaker that lights up a gym. His game is fierce and fluid, packed with explosive attacks to the rim and dazzling dimes. At 6’4, he’s a versatile weapon that is equally lethal as a scoring threat or a facilitator. His high IQ and team-first mentality make him a floor general, while his ability to switch speeds, read defenses, and make ruthless decisions in real-time elevate him to a level few his age can reach. On defense, Carter is relentless with active hands, alert feet, and the kind of motor that wears down opponents. When the game turns gritty, he gets even grittier.
Averaging 12 points per game with a season total of 311 (third on his team), Carter delivered consistency all year long. He added 4 rebounds and 2 assists per game, both ranking top-three on his squad and those stats only scratch the surface of his impact. His biggest improvement this season was his body control and the ability to create and convert in traffic. He’s been grinding in the weight room to add strength and has made physicality a priority. This offseason, his focus is locked on developing change-of-pace attacks, improving his mid-range game, and becoming even more efficient with the ball in his hands. What fuels his fire? Simple: trash talk. When opponents try to rattle him, it only sharpens his edge. Confidence, he says, comes from the work. And Carter puts in work like few others. His biggest motivator is helping lead his team to a state appearance , and he’s hungry to finish what they started.
On the AAU circuit, Carter plays with the fierce and fast-paced Team Nike Select 2028, where he's looking to stack development with exposure. The upcoming Midwest Mania Made Hoops event in Hamilton, Ohio is circled on the calendar. He’s ready to turn heads and rack wins. For Carter, it’s about pushing his ceiling higher while making sure his team shines just as bright. His goal is to compete against the best, build chemistry, and continue elevating his all-around impact.
Off the court, Carter enjoys the peace that comes from being around friends and family, resetting his mind, and staying grounded. But at the center of everything is his unwavering faith in God. His relationship with Christ isn’t something he tucks away but is a core piece of who he is. Whether he’s working through adversity or chasing growth, he gives full credit to God for every step. That foundation gives him calm in chaos, strength in setbacks, and purpose in every rep. For Carter, giving glory to God is more than a routine, it’s the reason.
When facing adversity , Carter leans in, stays composed, and lets his skillset speak loudest. The best advice he’s ever taken to heart is “The more you put in, the more you get out.” He’s proof of that. You can see it in his rise, his drive, and the way he plays with conviction.
I assess that Carter is a versatile, high-energy player with the instincts, IQ, and athleticism to change games on both ends. His handle is tight, his passing is flashy but smart, and his physical tools continue to develop with the right focus. His leadership, confidence, and relentless defensive energy make him a problem for opposing teams and a blessing for his own. As he continues to build strength and expand his scoring arsenal, expect him to become one of the most dynamic two-way threats in his class.
Carter’s strengths translate beautifully to the college level as he reads the game at an advanced pace, thrives in structure but excels in chaos, and doesn’t back down from high-level competition. His ability to play with pace, defend multiple positions, and impact winning makes him a future asset to any college program.
As Carter continues to develop, his high ceiling and potential to be a dangerous combo guard who can both run the show and take it over when needed will cause his stick to skyrocket. Expect fire, focus, and plenty more fireworks from Carter in the years ahead. Stay tuned.
