Lily’s presence is electric. She is a fiery point guard who mixes speed, craft, and a fierce defensive swagger; she commands the court with a fearless mentality and a dynamic skill set that leaves opponents spinning. She’s explosive in transition, versatile in the half-court, and crafty enough to blow by defenders with a wicked change of pace. Her confidence shines with every smooth crossover, every timely dime, and every hard-nosed stop on defense. Her ability to create, shoot, and get to the rim without hesitation makes her a relentless competitor. What sets her apart, though, is her pride in defense. Lily thrives on the challenge of shutting her opponent down.

Despite missing part of the 2024-25 season due to injury, Lily made a serious impact, playing in 22 of 29 games and averaging 8.2 points, 5 assists, 4 steals, and 3 rebounds per contest. Her biggest improvement was her shooting and finishing, where she began to find consistency and polish in both areas. Now, she’s focused on elevating her creativity, reading defenses, using pace, and making smart, strategic plays that elevate everyone around her. Her motivation burns brightest in the memory of a first-round district loss, a moment that fuels every workout and every possession. That hunger is pushing her to be smarter, sharper, and more dangerous every time she touches the ball.

This spring and summer, Lily will play for FBC United Kentucky GUAA, where she’s ready to expand her game and her impact. Her goal is to step out of the classic facilitator role and show that she can do more by knocking down shots, taking over when it counts, and staying locked in from tip to buzzer. The GUAA Finals sit high on her list of tournaments she’s excited for, and with her mindset, she’s preparing to show out under the bright lights. But more than anything, next season is about becoming a stronger leader and floor general. She’s not just trying to win, she’s trying to raise the bar.

Off the court, Lily finds balance in faith and family. Her fire is rooted in those two things, plus a deep belief in herself. Even when the doubt creeps in. Knowing she often gives up size to opponents doesn’t intimidate her; it ignites something fierce. She’s out to prove that grit, IQ, and heart can overpower height. When facing adversity, she doesn’t panic but slows down, listens, and locks in. The best coaching advice she’s ever received is “You have to be comfortable being uncomfortable in situations you’re not used to.” That has turned her into a fearless competitor who thrives under pressure.

In her words, God, Me, and Family are all that I need to find the end of my journey. That’s not just a quote—it’s the engine behind every rep, every hustle play, every moment of growth.

I assess that Lily is a fierce, electric presence at the point guard spot. She plays the game with heart, grit, and a high basketball IQ that allows her to control the tempo, make timely decisions, and lock up opposing guards. Her effort on the defensive end sets the tone, and her developing jumper only increases her threat level. Her size may lead some to underestimate her, but her footwork, burst, and fire quickly flip that script. She's built for the grind and shows maturity in how she sees the floor and accepts challenges.

Lily’s game is expanding in all the right ways. Her evolving creativity with the ball and her hunger to lead make her a valuable asset to any roster. She has the potential to elevate not just her own play but the performance of everyone around her.

Expect her to continue growing as a floor general, both vocal and strategic while becoming a go-to scorer in big moments. As she continues to stay hungry to improve, her ceiling remains high, and her journey is just getting started. Stay tuned.
