Christian is an electric force in the backcourt as a dynamic guard whose energy never dips and whose motor never stops. Whether he's running the offense or bringing the rain from the wing, his playstyle is fierce, crafty, and explosive. Christian doesn’t just attack the game, he dissects it. His smooth shooting touch off the catch is lethal, especially from long range, where he’s a true marksman shooting a blistering 40% from three. He reads the floor like a veteran, able to make high-IQ decisions under pressure or create space with shifty footwork and lightning-quick handles. What makes him even more dangerous is his ability to impact the game on both ends being a disruptive on-ball defender, never afraid to take on a challenge, and thrives on locking up opposing scorers.
As a freshman at a 5A high school, Christian was already a starter in all 24 varsity games, an honor not just earned but demanded by his skillset. He averaged 10.2 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game while helping Severance to a 15-1 conference record. His season-high of 24 points put the state on notice, and his All-Conference First Team selection as the only freshman to earn that honor spoke loud and clear this stud is special. His All-State Honorable Mention made him the lone 2028 player on that list, a rare achievement for a player his age. The biggest improvement for Christian this season came in adjusting to the speed and strength of the high school game. But having played club ball against older competition for years, he adjusted quickly, bringing poise and production to every matchup. This offseason, his focus is all about becoming a stronger, faster, and more explosive attack guard. Improving his driving ability, tightening his handle, and evolving into a more physical finisher are key areas of development. His motivation is winning a conference title this year. That was just a step toward his bigger goal of delivering a state championship for his teammates and coaches.
Christian is playing this spring and summer for Pluto EYBL 15U and the 17U Noco Elite squad, and he’s not just participating, he’s locked in. His goal is to raise his game to another level while competing against the nation’s best, especially with Peach Jam on the horizon. The gym has become his second home, and he's embracing every rep, every drill, every possession like it’s a game-winner. His hunger to grow as a scorer, creator, and vocal leader is fierce, and he's dialed into making next season his most complete one yet. He's not just preparing for the moment but building to dominate it.
Off the court, Christian is just as focused. A 3.80 GPA student and member of the National Junior Honor Society, he’s proud of his academic lettering and honor roll status. Balancing school and sports isn’t easy, but Christian thrives in high-pressure environments, never cutting corners. When he’s not grinding in the gym, he enjoys spending time with friends, catching games, and giving back to younger players who look up to him. That mix of humility and hunger sets him apart.
What fuels Christian’s fire is his love for defense. Locking down an opponent, forcing turnovers, turning defense into fast-break points, that’s when he’s most alive. He embraces adversity with confidence, having played in pressure-packed situations for years. Big games don’t rattle him; they motivate him. He leads by example staying focused, composed, and always prepared. The best coaching advice he’s ever received was to “focus on the preparation, so you don’t think, just do.” That drives everything he does, making sure no day is wasted and no moment is taken for granted.
I assess that Christian is an electric two-way guard with a rare combination of IQ, quickness, and natural shooting touch. His impact on the game shows up in so many ways including floor spacing, defensive stops, clutch scoring, and fast-paced playmaking. He brings a fearless approach and a relentless nonstop motor, the kind of player that can instantly elevate the pace and intensity of a team. His unselfishness and versatility allow him to adapt to any system, making him a coach’s dream and a matchup nightmare.
At the college level, Christian’s ability to play either guard spot while maintaining a high level of efficiency and defensive grit will stand out immediately. His ability to space the floor, push in transition, and create off-the-bounce adds impact to any offensive scheme. His vision and feel for the game, paired with his explosive quickness and calm demeanor, will make him a valuable asset in late-game scenarios. As he continues to grow stronger and expand his finishing package, expect his scoring average and assist numbers to skyrocket. Coaches at the next level will benefit from his leadership, toughness, and refusal to be outworked.
With another full offseason of development and elite AAU exposure ahead of him, Christian is poised for a breakout sophomore campaign.
Expect him to step into an even larger leadership role, raise his scoring and assist numbers, and continue earning statewide and national recognition. His potential is massive. Not just because of what he can do today, but because of the work he’s putting in for tomorrow. Christian isn’t chasing hype. He’s building a name based on results and his story is just getting started. Lock this young star into your radar now as a phenom to remember. Stay tuned.
