Jackson is a fierce two-way stud that plays with power, speed, and athleticism. Whether it is delivering a stiff arm to a defender as he turns a quarterback keeper into extra yardage or zipping a pass between defenders, juking a would-be tackler in the open field, or pinning opponents deep with a booming punt, Jackson makes his presence felt in all three phases of the game. He is dynamic and explosive on every snap, crafty in his decision-making, and versatile in his roles, a true Swiss Army knife on the gridiron.

Jackson’s sophomore season he produced 990 all-purpose yards, with 45 completions for 679 passing yards and 88 carries for 311 rushing yards. He added two touchdowns through the air and two more on the ground. Defensively, he racked up 35 tackles, 26 of them solo, and collected 9 tackles for loss. On special teams, his leg added a new level of dominance, recording 12 touchbacks and a longest punt of 58 yards with a 4.0-second hang time. But ask Jackson how he feels about it all, and he’ll tell you it’s not enough. His stats didn’t match the level of skill he knows he possesses, and that realization has only made him hungrier. He’s set on doubling, maybe even tripling, his production, because he knows what he’s capable of. From a physical standpoint, he’s become stronger, faster, and more intelligent in every area of his game. His arm strength and accuracy have really evolved. He’s far more elusive in the pocket, capable of creating space and extending plays. Defensively, he’s stronger at the point of attack and more instinctive, consistently reading plays and fighting through blocks. And on special teams, his growth has been undeniable, with more consistent hang time and deeper kicks than ever before.

Jackson describes his game as elegant, quick, and smooth, yet strong, tough, and aggressive. That mix shows every time he steps on the field. His footwork is likely his most dangerous weapon, giving him the ability to juke defenders out of their cleats and keep plays alive with balance after contact. He’s slippery in the open field, hard to get a clean shot on, and if you do get a hand on him, you better hold tight cause he has a habit of bouncing off tackles and churning out extra yardage. But his game isn’t just flashy; it’s fueled by intelligence. As a quarterback, his eyes scan the defense pre-snap, breaking down coverages and identifying weak spots before the play even begins. On defense, he brings the same level of awareness, using film study to key into tendencies and anticipate routes or plays from formation recognition.

What makes Jackson different is the full scope of what he offers. He’s a legit threat to make people miss in space, but he can also deliver accurate throws on the run. On defense, he’s relentless and athletic, capable of flying into the backfield or tracking the ball in the air. And as a kicker, he’s not just sending balls into the end zone but placing them with purpose, pinning opponents in the corners, or booming long punts that flip field position. Few players bring that kind of complete package to the field, and even fewer manage to do it with consistency and fire. For Jackson, the game is about more than stats or highlights. What fuels him most is the knowledge that his goals demand 100% commitment. He knows the road to where he wants to be won’t be easy, and he embraces the grind. He plays for the love of the game and the fire to be the best.

Adversity doesn’t scare Jackson, it energizes him. He takes setbacks head-on, determined to fight through and come out stronger. It’s a mindset that shows in the way he plays. Whether it’s a busted play, a deficit on the scoreboard, or criticism from the outside, Jackson responds with effort, energy, and execution. He’s motivated by a deeper belief that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. He’s built his foundation on discipline, belief in himself, and an understanding that even when you reach your goals, there’s always a new one to chase.

Every time he steps on the field, a coach can expect the same thing, everything he’s got. He’ll empty the tank, no matter the role or the moment. When the ball’s in his hands, he’s a playmaker. When his team needs a spark, he’s the guy to bring it. Whether it’s a clutch throw, a tackle in space, or a game-changing punt, Jackson delivers. Tired or not, he competes to win. Coaches can trust that he’ll sacrifice comfort, stats, and rest if it means giving his team the edge.

Jackson sees himself playing at the DI or II level, but he’s also realistic. He’s open to D3 or JUCO if that’s the path to elevate his game. He understands that it will take long hours in the offseason, pushing himself to get stronger and sharper while also showcasing his skills in front of coaches. It’s going to take him showing he belongs, not just believing it, but he’s up for that challenge. He knows the work isn’t optional but essential. He’s already received personal camp invitations from several D2 and D3 programs, and he’s hoping the opportunity to speak with a coach will come soon. He’s looking for a school that believes in him as much as he believes in himself. One that offers strong educational support and values what he brings to the field.

Away from the game, Jackson enjoys time with family and friends and finds ways to stay grounded. Whether it’s staying active outside or simply enjoying a quiet moment, he knows the importance of keeping a clear head and a full heart. He’s focused not just on being a better football player, but a better version of himself each day. The best advice he’s ever received sticks with him: believe in yourself even when others don’t, and once you reach your dream, keep working until it becomes the standard. Then raise it again.

Jackson is electric, driven, and built to compete. He’s not chasing flash, he’s chasing greatness, with a full-scope game that brings energy and execution to every snap. The fire is real. The tools are there. And the best is still ahead. Stay tuned.
